食物アレルギーをお持ちの方へ

株式会社ブロスダイニングでは食物アレルギーをお持ちのお客様にもお食事を楽しんでいただけるように、できるかぎりの対応に取り組んでおります。一部メニューを、ご要望に応じて【アレルゲン特定原材料8品目】および【アレルゲン特定原材料に準ずる20品目】を使用しない｢低アレルゲンメニュー｣に変更させていただきます。

BROTH DINING Co., Ltd. is doing everything possible to ensure that customers with food allergies can enjoy their meals. Depending on your request, we will change some of our menus to a "low allergen menu" that does not use [8 items of specified allergen ingredients] and [20 items that are equivalent to specified allergen ingredients].

ご利用方法 How to request	【ご宴会 / Banquet】事前打ち合わせの際、幹事様とお打ち合わせさせていただきます。 We will discuss this with the organizer during the preliminary meeting. 【レストラン / Restaurant】事前のご予約時、およびご来店時のご注文の際、店舗スタッフにお申し出ください。 Please inform the store staff when making a reservation in advance or when ordering upon arrival.

食物アレルギー対応のご留意事項 Notes	1. 使用食材につきましては、製造元からの情報をもとに確認しております。 We confirm the ingredients used based on information from the manufacturer. 2. 他のメニューと同一の厨房で調理するため、また調理・洗浄機器についても、ほかのメニューと共通なものを使用するため、調理過程においてアレルゲン物質が微量に混入する可能性があります。 Because the food is prepared in the same kitchen as other menu items, and the same cooking and cleaning equipment is used, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be mixed in during the cooking process. 3. 上記事由により、提供する料理は完全なアレルギー対応メニューではございませんので、あらかじめご留意ください。 Please note that due to the above reasons, the dishes provided are not completely allergy-friendly. 4. 過去に食物アレルギーにより重篤な症状となった経験がある場合は、お客様の安全のため、やむを得ずお断りさせていただく場合がございますのであらかじめご了承ください。 If you have experienced severe symptoms due to food allergies in the past, please note that we may be forced to decline your request to ensure your safety. 5. ご注文に際して、上記内容をご確認のうえ、お客様による最終的なご判断をお願いいたします。 When placing an order, please check the above information and make your final decision.
